Plaster.

Sustain works in clay and lime plaster, natural alternatives to conventional paint, free of synthetic materials and toxins. The result is a surface that doesn't just cover a room, it changes how the room feels: softer, warmer, more textured underhand.

Plaster is one of the oldest ways to finish a wall, and still one of the most alive. Applied by hand, troweled in layers, it holds the subtle marks of the person who made it: a slight variation in texture, a shift in tone as the light moves across it through the day. No two walls are ever quite the same.

With a range of plaster types, textures and colors to choose from, each finish is tailored to its space to the way light falls, the mood a room is meant to hold, and the larger story the design is telling.
